Just hang up as there is no identification to suggest they are real and there are no confirmed names or card details to ensure it is you or your card. I was defrauded 10 thousand pounds by this number, they hacked my computer and online account, they put fake screens on my computer believing that they had paid incorrect compensation to me which looked legit on my online banking, except the screen I was seeing was fake and the were transferring money out my account
