Received call from this number with a recorded voice claiming to be from "bank fraud department" stating that large amount of money has been taken from my account. I have since checked the number and it appears to be a legitimate local school number. However, the received scam call was recorded on my phone as being from this number.

Its a scam I receive a dubious voicemail from this number "report these transactions" then a few seconds silence then "Thank you for calling" I rang the number to see if they were pretending to be my bank but I got put through to a locksmith based in Bournemouth to which I explained my reason for calling and they replied that it was probably a scam and if they call me again to ignore it. Called claiming to be from PDM in relation to easyspace. about a domain that is up for sale and as a loyal customer of theirs we are given first refusal. used company directors as names which are easily accessible. I said i would pass on to manager and call back. as a small company, I know who our domain providers are. when looked up the domain they mentioned, it is registered until 2023. believe this could be a scam looking to register fake domains.
