Pretends to be the Association of British Insurers. They have details of insurance claims. I contacted Abi.org.uk and it is nothing to do with them.
Scam. tried to sell something, then when I said not interested, asking where they got my name and number, they changed what they were selling, becoming forceful. I kindly said that they should remove my details from their list and not call again, suggesting they were acting illegally, because I am listed in the TPS, then they slammed the phone down on me.

I believe this to have been a scam call.
I was unable to answer the call from this number because my screen was playing up. It did not light up in any way so I couldn't see how to answer or anything. A few minutes later I needed to make a call so I spent some time getting the screen to light up in order to dial out. Surprisingly this number was still calling me. Got a call from this number today and I see people are saying it’s a scam. She asked if I was a housing tenet and did I have any repairs that haven’t been done. She meant mould and such but I don’t know what she could scam me out of. If anyone knows could they tell me worried about this.

This is a removals company I used to move that scammed me over £1000. They operate under the names Riight Moves Removals and previously Royale Removals, the owner being Sat Singh.
Call center can't speak English clearly (Indian) and kept asking if it was a mobile they were calling and the answer was yes and as they could not be understood the call was stopped and then blocked.

SCAM First of all said they were from Windows, wanted me to turn on my computer so they could stop the hackers who had been trying to get my personal information. SCAM- knew my name and said it was a very urgent call re a technical difficulty with my policy which meant my life assurance policy could not be renewed. I told him I wasn't interested in scams and hung up. He then tried to ring me back 5 times. I have now blocked the number.
