Just had a call from this number, an asian lady called Kate Brown(???) who said that my IP address was being used by others around the world so they will be cancelling user licence on my IP address. The second option was they will talk me through how to block so I wont be compromised. Told her that I was computer illiterate and could she ring back later and speak to my hubby. Beware of this company, I signed a 12 month contract and now they are trying to have me for another year. called to discus this with them and straight away they threaten me with legal action. this alone tells me they have many un happy customers. there s no talking to them, they quote the small print meaning the large print on the front means nothing at all.. beware people do not use this company
