Don`t answer to this phone call. They just want sell you the insurance for replace/repair. But i think if the item you reveice is broken you can replace it too for free.

The point of the scam is to find gullible people who will believe what they say. They are crooks who once they find a victim will ask them for personal details and /or credit card/bank details "So we can proceed with our refund to you" They then commit identity fraud or empty your bank account. Yet another fecking recorded caller in a robotic voice saying that " there has been a FRAUD ticket marked against you. If you do not press 1, then we will assume you want to be arrested and the police will come to your home and arrest you." Or something along those lines. Same crap, probably from the same office, same people (if you can call them that), on a different number. Just hang up on these wasters of Oxygen.
