Rang at 9:15am. Did not answer. No message left.

I am on TPS but they claim I opted in to the call by ticking a box in a survey which I never do. Want to help me save money on my energy bills.

Don t answer this number because 1) They re trying it on and once they know you will respond you will receive further calls from other numbers too. 2) If you answer from abroad as I did you will be charged even though they cut the call off as soon as you do answer. I was charged 50p for a 1 second call The moral is don t answer if you don t know the callers ID. I save these bogus numbers in my phone so I know not to ever answer again. I will never answer any call from an 0151 number any more.

Received a call off a man claiming to be from a Sapphire in Cardiff, he told me I filled out a survey (which I have been doing recently) n because of this I m now lucky enough to win a free £20 voucher for fuel, he then went on to say that I only need to pay £1 for postage, he already had my name n address. Stupidly I gave over my bank details (long card number n expiry date) I did actually question him on the phone about why he needs my card details but he ensured me that it s all real n gave me his person

Cold call fishing for possible accident claims or any other such thing claiming to have been told I was a victim . . .

I went on their website a few days ago and have been calling, texting and emailing since. They try to get you in by offering region specific free solar panel and then when they call they are trying to get you to take out a loan for the solar panelling. there is no way to stop them from texting you but i blocked email and calls from my mobile. Don t do what I did folks. If they ask for your post code and telephone number, DON T DO IT and enquire else where.

So after speaking to my local council office they have informed me that i am not in debt with council tax and they have not instructed this company to collect anything. So i guess im just gonna have to repay there kind phone calls and house visit with a police complaint. Good luck SCOTT & CO
