I don't answer unknown numbers and they left no message. Haven't found any info for this one, does anyone have some experience with this number? This number texted claiming to be from Hermes that tried to deliver a parcel but no one was home. They sent a link where they asked to schedule a new time slot and confirm the address. Coincidentally, I was expecting a parcel, but suspected of the number and website.

This is a call centre based in Wales who were calling on behalf of the Vote IN campaign for the British European Referendum. The number they use has been spoofed using illegal equipment to change the number from its true origin. I have been informed from a friend who is one of the chief engineers at BT headquarters in Martlesham Suffolk that this practice is illegal as it interferes with BT's telephone exchange network.
