This is a company called "Next Step Money" based in Hull England, they claim to help you recover any unnecessary PPI charges back from your creditors, they are not the most professional company out there, I would recommend blocking them on your phone as they will harass you every day and try to force you in to doing business with them as they tried with my dad. Note: They will tell you they have your details on record but this is not the case they are just cold calling people

Was apparently regarding an 'accident'. Caller stated abruptly "when did you have your accident?" before I even fully answered. I said to them I didn't catch what they said, "We're calling to confirm your accident?", to which I said "No. No accident". They said "Okay bye" and abruptly hung up. Guy asked for me by name, said he was calling from Aviva about a life insurance enquiry or something I apparently made. Knew one of my email addresses plus my previous home address (haven't lived there for over a year). I've never contacted Aviva (double checked my emails to make sure afterwards), don't have life insurance, told him I didn't know what he was talking about.
