On average my wife gets calls from this number twice a week which she does not answer. This only happens on the O2 network. Surely O2 could block this caller.

Harassing phone call and refused to confirm their identity when questioned.
Caller from this number stated that hmrc were giving back tax paid on ppi claims. I was due over £6000! Proceeded to ask me help to fill R40 form, my date of birth and then my national insurance number. At that point I asked her to send me the form as I didn't want to give my details. I think this could be a scam.
