They had called me on about 6 previous occasions before i answered. Said they were from BT and E and had taken over EE who were my service provider and could offer me discounted calls . I asked if they were already my service provider why weren't they discounting me anyway. They then got round to asking me if I used a landline for making business calls. Not clear what the purpose of the call was and have blocked them.

I told him a few truths in dirty english and hung up. had these calls for more than 5 years though not from a "local" number before. I remember once talking to a friend in usa on skype and he got a phone call ~ he asked me to wait a minute and I heard him in the background ... "what my computer is calling you for help?"
