SCAM. Apparently from Sky - asked a number of questions re number of lights on / colour of lights on router (gave stupid answers as i have at least one of these calls a day). They wanted to access my computer to show me the problems i had been having - said needed permission from the company i worked for to access (asked if i had my own to which i said no), they then hung up.
Aqua credit card telling me someone has cloned my card and tried to spend ?170 online they refused the transaction and blocked my card! Very grateful for their call.
