SCAM! I had a call from this number. Man claiming to be "Tom" and calling on due to some government funded loft lagging placed in the loft a few years ago. He said there have been reports of condensation and mould and they noted that we hadn't had a loft survey since. He said not to worry, and proceeded to ask if I was the home owner. After my repeated requests for what details they had of some car accident in the past three years on the grounds that I need to contact the Police about fraud. The caller claimed they received the data from LV and hung up. Of course it is fraud. I don't drive. They are using data outside the scope of the DPA and I am sure that if 'One Legal' were any sort of insurer or legal practitioner, their professional body would love to hear the details too.
