She said it may be so long ago I had forgotten using though them. It's not too long and I know I never have or will use claim companies or cold calls. They know a lot about you when they call, the knew name number address and postcode. It is an opinion poll about charity, they ask for age bracket, pension amount and a few other personal questions. They even asked favorite colour. I answered all their questions but I gave fake answers for every one. No way in hell they are knowing that much info about me.
