This is a company called Secure Homecare Ltd, trading as 247 Assist. They purport to provide homecare services such as pendant alarms etc. Once they have an elderly persons phone number they ring regularly, approxiately once every 2 months and sell a further item - usually in the region of about £135- £150.00. We were able to obtain a refund for the last one sold completely unecessarily to my mother - it took about a month to get a refund. Fraud - someone called saying they were from o2 - they confirmed my details to me and I went through security like normal with o2 and they sent me a message with a code on that I relaid back to them. I called o2 and they confirmed this was fraud and not from a legitimate source.
