This is an "accident at work" type of call - they phoned me on several occasions over the course of a couple of days (I have a mother in intensive care and need to keep my line clear) Apparently I had a road traffic accident late December 2014 involving my car. SCAM - pretends to be family member whose phone has been damaged. They then say urgent bill needs paying but cant pay via temporary phone so can you pay and they will pay you back tomorrow. I went along with it and they gave bank details which I didn't screenshot fast enough as I was angry but police would love to receive them if anyone gets them. When I exposed them as liars they gave my name and address with the threat of being round in 5 minutes!!!! Reported to police and action fraud.

Told me my warranty had expired but realised I had an insurance with knowhow. Luckily they were cheaper so have cancelled with knowhow. Hopefully it’s a decision that pays off
Tried calling me when I was in the middle of work (I knew it wasn t from anyone I know, because they know that I d be unable to get to my phone during working hours). Tried calling to check and all I got was an automated response telling me that I d need to wait before an agent can pick up my call. I instantly hung up because I knew I was gonna be charged for no legit reason. How those douchebags got my number, I have no idea.

I am contacted by this company three times a day and have tried every possible method to deter their calls but they are relentless. They try to get you to confirm your details and then pretend to know the expiry date on your credit card (year only) in an attempt to obtain your card details. Utterly dishonest scam from Indian call centre.
