Don't know who called but claimed I had cancelled a life insurance policy with Legal and General and I owed them money. Said I should have contacted them before cancelling the policy, but have not had cover with L&G. I hung up and they called back with another man claiming to be the manager and quoting some act from 1977. When asked to tell me what the act was called he hung up.
Number first appeared as International and then this number.
Trying to sell me cover for my sky box, claimed to have knowledge of my existing cover and how often I have had a callout etc. Offering me a discunted rate on a service I did not have with them. None of which is true.
