The caller gets the recipient to perform some tasks on their PC, claiming that it is infected. If you ask for their number, they provide this one. He said we was of "Websecurity......." can't get the last word, saying following me taking out a Firewall security plan with them in 2017! my renewal was due for the next 6 years in the sum of £1499.00 and if I did not phone to cancel they would automatically take this money from my account and I was to ensure there were sufficient funds. I have no record of this transaction.
