Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 2081445xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with accident management services - classical "non fault car accident you had", insurance marketing. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). People did they call you with the same or something new?

Agree with previous commenters. I purchased guttering from them about 10 years ago. Only used them because they had a very long warranty. I also got them to quote for a kitchen about 5 years ago as, they claimed that I would get a preferential discount as I was an existing customer.
