Called a few times, I picked up on the 3rd time because I've never had a strange number call so much. Said they were from my provider and wanted to thank me for my loyalty but also wanted me to confirm several details about myself so he could tell me about some special offers. I saw no reason to answer him as I didn't want a new phone, nor was I sure he was even legitimate.

They are a debt solutions company. I spoke to a polite gentleman and told him I was in no need of his services, he said thank you for time and that was it. Blocked the number still ;)

We had to contact trading standards because they (coastal windows) wouldn t stop harassing my elderly parents by phone. They had to make a police report and Trading Standards paid them a visit to warn them off. If they harass you, report it as if you tell them to stop they have to by law.
