I ve had three calls today from 02088523462 five yesterday, every time trying to convince me that they are "Microsoft technical" that my computer is "sending them errors". I know this is bs and decided today to have a nice long conversation with them about my background in networks engineering and how I know it is bs, but I understand that the guy on the other line is only doing his job and reading a script and that if he doesn t get abusive with me we should be able to resolve this. SCAM claimed to be our Broadband providers (he did pull the right name out of fresh air) security department had indications that t a lot of files blocking the line to our router.Would I know why this was. I asked him not to phone again would report him to the police for harassment. He said was I accusing him of being a scam. To go to my computer he would tell me the license no from my account. I said no way. I asked him what (name of company) were going to do about the problem. He dropped the call.

Had a useful tip from a mate, when they ask if you have had an accident, reply YES and say that you have been trying to get hold of a claims management company because the accident killed three people - they soon hang up!
