Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 15137524xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with insurance marketing / accident chasers / PPI - but also surveys, wide scope telemarketing call centre. This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as a scam offers (in most cases accident claims). For sure some general call centre.
