A woman with a West African accent phoned me at 4.30 pm on 12th July 2012. She asked me how my "claim" was progressing and whether she could help. Obviously a telemarketing call because there was the usual buzz of conversation in the background. The annoying thing is that I m on the Telephone Preference List of people who should *NOT* be contacted by telemarketers. Unfortunately, it doesn t seem to have worked in this case. 'Lloyds Bank' are not in my contacts list. I failed to find on my smartphone a phone number this message came from. I "Blocked sender' on smartphone, will also inform Lloyds directly.

SCAM. Apparently from Sky - asked a number of questions re number of lights on / colour of lights on router (gave stupid answers as i have at least one of these calls a day). They wanted to access my computer to show me the problems i had been having - said needed permission from the company i worked for to access (asked if i had my own to which i said no), they then hung up.
