This is a major scam. Foreigners claiming to have common names I.e Robert and David Jones. Luckily they only took £80 from me but with Christmas just around the corner I could have done without losing it. I have reported the matter to my bank, the bank for the account which they are using and action fraud. Hopefully these scum bags will be caught and every one will get their money back.

Within a few minutes of getting another call from so-called B.T. technical department I got this one, from a different but equally fictitious number. I let the woman gabble on for a few minutes.
