Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 1618146xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with PPI, accident claim line - ambulance chasers, insurance marketing. Just block it if not
answered first call, line went dead. 10 minutes later they called again. I ignored and blocked it. Idiots!
