These guys tricked my 89 year old mother with dementia into buying their "services" on 12 August 2016. I only found out when they called again six days later and spoke to me by mistake. An Indian-sounding "customer service executive" calling himself Patrick refused to cancel the contract or to recognise the statutory cooling-off period. Had a call from this number where he had all of my details, name, number and full address. When I questioned him on how he obtained all my details considering I had never heard of them he said it was in their database. Constantly telling me he just wanted 50 seconds of my time I asked him to remove all my details from the system but he started getting shirty with me an adopted a bad attitude.

Just called me regarding an attempted transaction to John Lewis. Said my account was ‘under attack’ and there had been several suspicious transactions. He said he would escalate my case to Level 3 fraud, set up a new account number and sort code with a random generated name. Phoned Santander fraud department who confirmed my account was safe - the scammer then called me back ‘No Caller ID’! so I told him in no uncertain terms that he was a scamming bastard and he could go forth and multiply.

After asking politely around 5 times for them to remove me from there database I finally blocked the call from my mobile but now my phone still keeps beeping telling me that its just blocked the call so they will not stop, sometimes over 10 times per day, trading standards have been informed and if I am able to find out the companies details I will take them to court as I can prove via my call record harassment! So I personally hope they keep calling as it only adds weight to a lawsuit!!!!!!!!
