When I asked them to tell them which bank I'm with I said I hadn't agreed to anything and I would prefer if they sent me details in the post. She said I had to tell her the bank in order to proceed. Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 2036344xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with energy comparison schemes, government grants, green energy, but also classical PPI, insurance marketing - accident chasers. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...

Some advice for people harassed by utility callers - tell them you are in RENTED business premises and the landlord is responsible for the utility providers - they have no answer for this and are only to happy to end the call.
