Company called ATH (or something like that), had my full name and address, was a local number so I answered. Said there had been reports of a vehicle accident at this address which was rubbish.
Said they were from disputes at HSBC. Pronounced my name wrong & asked for my date of birth for security purposes. When I refused to give this over the phone they said that I would receive a letter & I must respond to this then hung up. No pleasantries.
