I answered this number and there was dead silence for about three seconds and they hung up
DO NOT phone this number back - there is a pre-recorded message leading to a premium rate number. TOTAL SCAM based in Russia. Block this number but, be warned, the scammer owns a whole series of 07878 numbers.

Lady claims to be from Pearl Help Professionals (or something like this) and says that they have been informed that you've recently been in a car accident. Replied that I haven't and she hung up as I was asking her to remove me from their database/dialling list. Completely unprofessional. Blocked caller.
