Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 19169141xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with spam/telemarketing calls, sometimes from energy companies. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). People did they call you with the same or something new? had 5 calls per day for the last 2 weeks, finally had enough and answered them, wished I hadn't. I had a non-fault car accident in Jan 2015 - these people claimed they could help me get some cash for me for the injuries I'd had (I didn't have any), and the amount of time I stayed in the hospital (I didn't), the amount of time I had to take off work (I didn't) etc, etc. Knew a lot about my accident, but didn't have the name of the road the accident was on, what car I had, where I lived. This is Barclaycard fraud prevention number. I received the call today from this number and the automated voice mentioned my full name and the month and year of birth. After confirming this information by pressing number 1 on the keypad the IVR informed me that my card with numbers ending with XXXX has been compromised and a replacement will be issued.
