It asked for only very limited information (year of birth) and confirmation that the transactions were genuine (they were). So, probably OK.

Call center Said his name was Dale from consultive and was following up a call for a colleague on furlough. Then proceeded to ask about our eon contract due to expire next month. At this point I hung up as he was clearly just on a fishing for information and lied about it being a call back. He then tried to call us back but I didn't answer at which point he gave up. I never trust someone who rings up and lies to me so I can only assume that they were concealing their true intentions
