It sounded like an automatic voice, I think. It was definitely more than one voice and it didn't seem like a live person talking with me.

Fraud. Text received from them saying they are the "PRA Group. You have a discount". I didn't open the text, but googled PRA Group instead. Apparently they are an American debt collecting agency. Blocked!

SCAM this number is made to look like a local (to me) number which is why I answered. Automated voice saying that two unauthorised transactions had been made on my card and that I should press 1 to talk to an agent. Please don't fall for this scam.

Fraud I enquired about a pension transfer from the Netherlands to UK and cot contacted by Online Mortgage Advisor (OMA) dsiplaying this nr. I have not been further contacted and I can't get in contact with OMA either as the nr is not callable, which is a breach with OFCOM regulations.

SCAM Third Chelmsford number blocked today. They hung up when I answered but upon dialling the number displayed, was met with automated message saying CB Brokers or CD Brokers. Suspect it's the same scumbags who have been scamming my elderly mother for a number of years by signing her up for appliance insurance for appliances she doesn't own. SPAM I think! Number sends a (Covid-19) SMS alert message: NHS: You've recenty been in close contact with a confirmed case. You must book a test kit: https://my-pcr-order.com But, the SMS does not actually mention Covid-19! And, the website it takes you to appears to be the genuine NHS website, where it explicitly says you no longer have to isolate or do a lateral flow test, and there is no information on how to get a pcr test now that Test and Trace no longer operates!!!

Some nonsense about the care/warranty package for my tv, cooker and washing machine. Asked for company name and gave me two different names. Then when he asked for the year I was born, I told him 1900 and he hung up. The bloke on the other end was really thick and gullible and I hope his wife leaves him and his mother sleeps with his best friend

Be careful it’s a scamI they send a text saying my new number save it with no name. I text back and asked if they were . Next got a couple of short text about hope your day is better than mine. Then a text asking to send £1500.00 because they needed the money and because number was changed it would take 24 hrs for verification . Promised to pay the money back tomorrow. I said I couldn’t pY any money as I was out and didn’t have details on me.

I had a phone call from this number today (25/02/2022-17:17) (0161-520-1872 !!!) The person on the line asked for me by name. Which seem very odd to me. As this is a number that I did not know. And told me that he calling to ask if my home had any damaged from the recent bad weather we have had. When I then asked him on how he got my personal number. He then told me that he got it from my local council. At this point I told him that I did not need his services. The phone line was poor in sound, therefore
