During that time I have had numerous calls from people selling PPI reclaims, claims for accidents I did not actually have (!), a wine investment company a property investment company, and other calls, all of which sounded like scams or telesales speople. None of them would say where they got my number from (which is ex-directory), except one said I had made a previous enquiry to them (!). My number is listed with the Telephone Preferen

Debt collector, I think this is a check up call from Oxford TV licencing Enforcement Division to check if someone aged over 75 and still forced to buy a licence is still alive, The caller asks for you by name and when you say yes they make some excuse about not being able to hear properly saying they will call back later.
