He left me a voice text message, a bible message from jw.org. That is jehovah's witnesses. However when I rang bt 1572 to block his number, that number read back to me to block was my very own home phone number; his call had put my own number as that number to be blocked. Apparent unsolicited mortgage marketing call. They identified themselves as "Mortgage Review". Refused to answer my questions about who they were and what they wanted and why they had called, insisting I should identify myself first. They then tried to get me to put my wife on the line, becoming more and more irate. I would expect legitimate callers to identify themselves and their business before demanding information.

Pretend from amazon that I have purchased 1 phone for 700quid Scam

SCAM Presented themselves as an online competition for a DELL laptop through The Warehouse New Zealand. They asked for an entry fee to get our bank card number, took the entry fee then 3 days later took more money. The bank transaction shows as Highgames.Online and the number +44753717396 4691792... which the first part I thought might be a UK phone number, hence my post here. They have also done another transaction which shows as Sportfun.Fit and the transaction details as LIMASSOL 459534231518. Lim

SCAM Automated call from "Amazon", confirming renewal of Amazon Prime for one year for £71 plus. Given options of "Press 1 for this, 2 for that." Of course I have not renewed an Amazon Prime membership - didn't have one to renew. I said nothing, pressed no buttons, and after about 30 seconds of silence the line dropped. It's likely they would have asked for my cc details so the could confirm/reverse the charge; I'll never know :-)

Didn't answer the phone. Came here instead to discover it's these jokers again using another number. They've got my business number from somewhere and have been calling using different numbers. I'm a very local business, so when I see a london code come up, I don't answer. Now their calls are going direct to voicemail. I don't take any kind of card payment, I'm too small a business for that.

I'm 69 and now I get dozens of calls a week from people who have illegally taken my phone number from my medical services. They are thieves and it's about time the Government destroyed this and stop taking tax from the thieves.
