Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 2081445xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with accident management services - classical "non fault car accident you had", insurance marketing. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). People did they call you with the same or something new?

Caller wanted to discuss recent accident I had had. Nuisance call
Four times to day this numbers phoned.And never said any Thing. They phone all the time on that number and never say any thing when I pick the phone up.
Calls me pretty much every day; Had a spare 5 minutes to waste so decided to pick up. Somehow aquired my number and are telling me about an accident within the last 2 1/2 years; when pressed, had no idea about what accident or any details of it - Managed to waste 4 minutes and 6 seconds of theirs and my time.
