Today they did leave a message and the fellow said, "I'm calling on behalf of Evans H... oh, I mean S... please call me about XXXX vehicle." Obviously the dealer I purchased my car from is trying to book the car in for the first service but is using a third party sales company, who cannot even recall who their customer is! Funny and annoying.

Stay away from this so called agency! Otherwise you're not only going to loose the time thinking they have some properties to rent, cause they don't.. You are going to loose the money for holding deposits and rent upfront. What makes them different from other scammers is that they do actually have their own, legitimate looking office and have an access to some properties, but don't be fooled, they never mean to rent it to you.
