Called a few times, I picked up on the 3rd time because I've never had a strange number call so much. Said they were from my provider and wanted to thank me for my loyalty but also wanted me to confirm several details about myself so he could tell me about some special offers. I saw no reason to answer him as I didn't want a new phone, nor was I sure he was even legitimate.

I doubt that very much, also pet peeve but called me by my first name which suggests they have more information than I would care to give.I had to stop his spiel to ask him to remove my information which he couldn t do so I ve hung up. I have no record of this transaction.
