Called by ryan today who said he had been in the area and some poeple had said they could not have cavity wall insulation is that true for you. Sounded chavy when asked who he was again he said oh its just ryan! I said I already had this he stopped talking

Why would the bank be calling you though? A bank will only ever send a letter, they should never call! Do not give them any details, even if they have some already, they just need or two more from you to be able to take your details!

SCAMMERS. I have just been called by them. They knew who to ask for, but it was an unsolicited call "checking my details" to see if they were up to date. The man with a foreign accent (I know that doesn't mean anything necessarily) seemed unconfident and not quite right somehow. It was unlike any bank call I have ever received. When I said I would prefer not to discuss anything with him over the phone due to extensive scamming he said he would send me a letter. I agree with previous comments. This is a scam

This new number called me asking about life insurance cover thay claim to be (UK benefit company) in witch I have had numars calls about this from different numbers when I called it back the number was dead

So this number calls me a lot in the last 10 days and I answer and its PPI so I calmy tell them I'm not interested as I haven't had any products with PPI ever. They say politely thank you and I'll take you off of the auto dialer. And no sooner have they go

I was called at 7.00am,715 am,7.45 am and 815am on 27th december on the last call I answered its a foreign call centre claiming to be BT and that I have a fault with my broadband and can I switch my computer on. I put the phone down. Who do I report these

Has kept calling me asking to speak to someone who I have no idea who is. When challenged on this said could I give them my details to update their records then they would never call again. When asked they said they were someone called "Benefits UK". Number is now blocked
