The last accident I d been involved in was a few years ago and upon hearing me start to explain this he hung up before I finished speaking. just received a call from them. they addressed me with my sir name. I asked them what it is regarding? Guy replied he can t tell me anything until I confirm my all details due to data protection act. Just hanged up the phone.
Several calls in a row today, didn’t answer
when answered they used my name, but I asked what the call was about and they hung up. I rang them and asked what they wanted and was told that it was nothing to do with them.
