Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 15137524xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with insurance marketing / accident chasers / PPI - but also surveys, wide scope telemarketing call centre. They asked how the accident happened (claiming they wanted to check accuracy of the information they had on file). The number was different to the ones my real insurance company call me from, so i suspect they were looking to offer some compensation claim service.
