When called there is an American voice recorded message "Your call is very important to us. Please stay on the line & you will be transferred to next available agent..." It then plays music while caller holds. Long wait times, if you get connected to the agent. This seems to be a growing trend with different numbers continually changing. Potential fraud or scam.

Said my number had been given through Reactive Media - another company that is rated untrustworthy - no idea how they got my number (I am on TPS).
