Asked to speak to "One of the directors" I said I can t transfer calls to directors, and they abrubtly hung up.
SCAM - says "TSB - a payment was attempted from a NEW DEVICE...". I am not with TSB, so clearly a scam!!
The caller was an Indian man who knew my name, but refused to tell me his name or which company he is calling on behalf of. He hung up after I told him I will take legal action against unsolicited and junk calls.

This Bitch phoned me saying she was from Home Serve, knew my name and what appliances i had on a previous policy, i havent been with home serve for about 6 yrs, so when she said i paid £200 for a 2 year cover and that she was calling for a 3rd years cover for £169, i knew she was talking a load a shit. Received call on landline at 7.49pm today. A female voice with a non local accent said she was calling from microsoft and asked for the main owner of the computer. I said no I am practising music, strummed a few notes, and she rang off. Clearly cannot recognise talent.

Loud call centre background noise. Claiming to be Carphone Warehouse offering a 'cellphone' deal.... Out of interest, (0370 111 6565) is the Carphone Warehouse customer services number.
They called and said it was a confidential matter and wanted my details so I asked for the companies name but refused to give it as this would prejudice the situation so I advise that their is no provision within the DPA 1988 which states that they are not allowed to disclosed their details prior to me disclosing mine.
