My wife just had a call from this number, asking for payment for money owed to the phone service provider, which she didn't. Then he mentioned two other phones on her account, which she doesn't have. Finally mentioned a misunderstanding when I walked in and started asking questions and put the phone down. Ringing the number back shows its out if service.

I have had three calls last one from a 02031295034 number, thank goodness for this site. I am a widow but very IT literate so knew it was a scam HMRC would write to you not leave a message by somebody with a foreign accent
The moronic fool using phone number 02392794101 - keeps calling everyday - i let answering message take over - idiot calling does not bother leaving as the call is terminated.
Another call saying they were from TalkTalk. I told them it was a scam, they asked me who told me that - I said TalkTalk and they hung up .

Caller had my name and started by saying he wasn t trying to sell me anything and then began asking me if I watch television via Sky, Freeview or other. When I asked what the purpose of the call was, he said something about me being a retired person. I told him I m not retired and he hung up.
