I have been charged ?46 by Orange for going on line with 09070241143 on March 19, 2013. I Don t know who these people are and could have talked to them for 2 minutes, never mind 23 minutes that is claimed. I will call at their given address tomorrow.

Why doesn t anyone do something about these calls? They really do annoy a lot of people and I am sure someone somewhere can stop these scammers. If they phone anyone they have to give their name ,company and a freephone number to contact them .I will be reporting them to the TPS
