Numerous calls from this number, one just now - guy with an Indian accent, from “BT Openreach” about my “Dropping Internet Speed”. Let him waffle on for a couple of minutes before telling him in no uncertain terms that there’s nothing wrong with my internet, he isn’t with BT, that he’s a scammer and that was never to call me again. Every time I said “Do not ever call me again” he said “Madam I will call you again ha ha ha ha ha”. So sick of these calls!!

SCAM Although I use Adblock Plus, some websites insist I turn this off and I'm guessing thanks to this my Firefox navigated to a bad page PRETENDING to be Windows Defender finding a Trojan (after the first click inside the browser window it maximises the browser making this look more realistic) and requiring me to call this very phone number. Well spoken gentleman claimed to be an organisation concerning loft fibreglass Insulation possibly causing damp. Asked what age group I was from. The more the questions were asked about visiting my home to inspect my loft the more I became suspicious when he paused when I said I prefer to be contacted in writing so I know the organisation was genuine or not. He replied I can get my manager to call you back. I declined and said no thanks I don't feel right about who you are. Possibly dangerous!
