Getting regular calls from this number. Not a clue what he s talking about
I have BT guardian which asks callers to announce who they are before I answer. Most sales calls hang up at that point, this one didn't. Lovely lady explained that I could have a half hour appointment to check energy efficiency of my home and advise of any improvements. I made the appointment. Very polite young man called Adam arrived, checked the loft and roof, looked around, discussed my energy payment per month. The information given was useful, nothing to sign, no sales pitch. I would have no worries.

I received call from this morning while I am at work, so I politely declined it. And I asked whether this is one of those commercial calls because I would like to be taken off the list forever, and the guy on the phone lied and said is to do with my life insurance, etc. (which is rather funny cause I am not currently paying any). This company have now rang me a total of 17 times in the past two weeks. I don t know who they are but the company cannot be professional whatsoever if they constantly call people who are clearly busy and have better things to be getting on with. 100% recommend you do not answer the phone to them and block the caller.
