Rang my mobile briefly and then stopped. No message left. Probably trying to get me to call them back. I ve had a lot of this type of call lately and they re always from telemarketers or accident claims hawkers, so draw your own conclusions about this one.

Missed call

Pretending to be from Microsoft obviously looking to get access to my computer. Very dangerous call if you are naive enough to believe their story.

They telephoned today about lunchtime. I did not answer and they did not leave a message. The number was blocked immediately. The comments here show that was the right decision....

This number called with a supposedly robotic caller and when I said hello the robot said was it correct that I had a car accident that wasn t my fault. I didn t speak and then a real person came on. I still didn t speak and they eventually hung up.

Caller was trying to make me transfer money to his company.. obviously fake. Good ol Nigerian lies.. i was called by +441582-500140. It s a known strategy to make people transfer money, with the promise that they will get even more money back.

I was called today by this company and found out who they were (on here). I promptly phoned their 0845 number and requested that they remove me from their database. I explained that I had caller preference and threatened to report them to Ofcom. The interesting thing is that they asked me if I knew a certain person (who they mentioned by name). This person was clearly the person they were chasing for the debt but I had never heard of her. They state on their website that they are they work ethically, honest

Surely to goodness someone, somewhere, has got to put a stop to this. Who is paying for all these claims? Us, in our high insurance costs of course. It is pissing me off, big time. Stop phoning me - I was not hurt, but it is getting to the point where perhaps I should claim just to stop these calls. Two bleeding years I have been fending off these damned nuisance calls.

Utility provider that supposedly specialises in smart meters.... missed numerous calls from them for around two weeks. Answered today offering information on switching, when I declined and asked for my number to be removed from their database they decided to argue with me about why I did not want to switch. Rude and Strange. I don’t think it is even a legitimate company. Be wary!
