Calls repeatedly, no speech then hangs up after a few seconds. Looks like a local number, but starts with a 4 not a 6, so very suspicious.

Asian Guy (David) calling from Windows Technical about my computer. Apparently something wrong with my computer so need to turn it on so they could sort it out. I asked them to tell me what my computer IP address is - which obviously they can t tell me because they don t know who they are speaking to. IT IS A SCAM - THEY WANT A ONE OFF, LIFETIME PAYMENT. This person always rings off when I get to the phone. I struggle to reach the phone before it cuts out and then when I answer I get nothing. This is a nuisance call.

The polite man with a Middlesbrough accent said my name was on the database and that it was possible that I was due money back from finance or credit in the past 10 years. Knowing that I have never had any insurance or anything connected to loans etc, I knew he was just fishing - so suggested this and he put the phone down. How he got my number is a mystery

Have been ringing me roughly once a month for years over a non-existent debt. Thankfully I have a truecall device, so they never get through, they just show up on the incoming call logs.

Woman told me I'd been in a car accident recently. I asked how shed gother my number. She apologisedid for calling and said she'd remove my number from their list
