I also got scammed paid 254 and the date got cancelled. I have emailed nicky frequently and had no response and when I called they told me I will not get a refund and I could call trading standards as il nowhere. Have reported them but bank cannot trace money as it was a direct transfer. I have attempted to contact the kylefiles because he investigates rogue traders. Kept calling me and when I finally answered, he started trying to ask me questions about who I was banking with. I refused to tell him as I was unsure of his intentions. He then stated my postcode, which was correct, and said he would send some information in the post. the same as pete these dreadful scammers should be stopped the calls are intimidating with demand for money in my case £149 got a reminder for payment this morning have sent it back to the address (which on tracing seems to be a private house which is up for sale) return to sender, have reported this to trading standards and citizens advice was given the number for action fraud
