Cold called today from this number saying they were given our road traffic accident details by NFU to settle the remainder of money owed to me under a Discomfort payment, even though there was no personal injuries in the accident. Even though I asked the lady why NFU would instruct them to call me to say I am owed money when our claim was completely settled is totally absurd, she continued to say no we are entitled to between £3k-4k as the claim threshold of £350 was exceeded. It was a recorded message telling me I could be entered in a lottery and asking me to press 5 to be removed and 2 to be entered. I pressed neither and hung up - it is bound to be a scam.
