My partner pays his Credit card at the end of each month since he changed his job. He asked this company to change the date the payments came out. Tried calling back "the number you have dialled is not in use".
The question she asked (3 times despite me saying I need to end the call) required a yes or no answer and she was quite aggressive in tone. I have seen info on scam calls recording you saying yes to hack your bank, and this sprang to mind during the call.
